Daily Updates
Daily Updates are sent daily after each new post. If there are no new posts that day, then you won’t get an email. This is the best way to stay up to date, and all our posts are scheduled for the perfect tea-break catchup.
Weekly Updates
Weekly updates are sent once at the end of the week and include all of the updates from the week just gone. Sent at the same time as the daily update, it the perfect way to stack up several updates to work through during a slow Friday morning.
